On March 31, 2011 the allocation of 4.000.000 series B shares of Kino Polska TV S.A. was made. The allocation was made on the basis of the Prospectus which was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Auditory on February 25, 2011.
Shares of the Company in the public offer were offered in two tranches:
– 1 000 000 shares within Tranche for Small Investors
– 3 000 000 shares within tranche for Large investors
The average rate of subscription for shares within Tranche for Small Investors was 90,892%.
In Tranche for Large Investors, the Investors subscribed for Series B Shares in accordance to the requests to file subscription and pay for it.
The issuance price of Series B Shares was PLN 9.50 per one share.
