As an issuer of securities admitted to trading on a regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Kino Polska TV S.A. (the “Company”) is subject to the provision of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the “MAR Regulation”) and the respective secondary legislation.
In accordance with the MAR Regulation, starting from 3 July 2016, members of the Company’s Management and Supervisory Boards and persons closely associated with them are obliged to notify the Company and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of any transactions conducted on their own account relating to the financial instruments of Kino Polska TV S.A. or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked thereto, promptly and no later than three business days after the date of the transaction. The said obligation arises for each successive transaction after a total of EUR 5,000 has been reached in one calendar year. The threshold of EUR 5,000 is calculated by adding up without netting of the items of all transactions.
Within the meaning of Article 3(1)(26) of the MAR Regulation, a person closely associated shall mean:
(a) a spouse;
(b) a dependent child, in accordance with national law;
(c) a relative who has shared the same household for at least one year on the date of the transaction concerned; or
(d) a legal person, trust or partnership, the managerial responsibilities of which are discharged by a member of the Management or Supervisory Board of Kino Polska TV S.A. or by a person referred to in point (a), (b) or (c), which is directly or indirectly controlled by such a person, which is set up for the benefit of such a person, or the economic interests of which are substantially equivalent to those of such a person.

At the same time, since the Company is not allowed to interfere with the contents of the notifications, we kindly ask you:
- to fill in the notification accurately and completely, in accordance with a template made available on our website;
- not to add any content which is not required by the MAR Regulation and the respective secondary legislation in the notification;
- to sign notifications in a manner allowing the identification of the signatory.
In the case of persons closely associated with members of the Management and Supervisory Board, we ask you to clearly indicate the nature of the association, in accordance with the MAR Regulation.
In the case of any doubts regarding the content of the notifications, the Company shall attempt to clear them in concert with the person submitting a notification within the timeframe set out in the MAR Regulation. Nevertheless, the Company would like to emphasize that full responsibility for the fulfilment of the duties resulting from Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation rests with the persons indicated therein.
