Kino Polska TV is a dynamically developing TV group which conducts business activities in Poland and abroad – in more than 40 countries around the world. The Company’s strategic goal is to strengthen its position on the existing markets and to increase the technical reach of its own TV channels in new locations around the world.
The main source of the Group’s revenues is the sales of advertising spots and fees for broadcasting TV channels on digital platforms and in cable operators’ networks. The pursuit of the Group’s strategic goal requires ensuring a high quality programme offer which corresponds to the fast changing needs of a demanding TV audience and which will prove effective in various distribution channels.

The Kino Polska TV Group is the 6th largest TV group in Poland, with a share of 1.97% in the commercial audience (SHR%, All 16-49, live) (data for 2019). The Company’s goal is to achieve 5th place on the list of the largest TV groups in Poland, with an average annual share in the commercial audience of 2.5-3%.
An increase in revenues from sales of advertisements and from broadcasting pay TV channels; an increase in the share in the commercial audience of the Stopklatka, Zoom TV, Kino Polska, Kino TV i Kino Polska Muzyka channels.
A consistent improvement in the quality of the programme offer of the terrestrial TV channels: Stopklatka and Zoom TV and the Group’s other channels available via satellite platforms and cable networks.
Gametoon HD – building the distribution of the Polish-language version of the e-sport channel.
A continuous improvement in the quality of the channel’s programme offer and creating a wide community around the Gametoon brand, which will make it possible to build a wide distribution of the channel and to increase advertising revenues.
Development of non-linear products – the VOD and OTT services.
The Group will expand its programme offer in terms of the popular VOD and OTT services and develop its non-linear products – FilmBox Live and FilmBox On Demand. The Group also seeks to create its own VOD services which will be conceptually similar to the Kino Polska TV channel.
The Company’s key strategic goals – foreign markets:
The Kino Polska TV Group conducts extensive operations on foreign markets. The revenues from such markets are mainly generated by broadcasting FilmBox film channels and theme channels on digital platforms and in cable operators’ networks. The Group also earns revenues from advertisements, which are currently generated by FilmBox Czech Republic.
The Group’s key strategic goals on foreign markets are:
Expansion of the technical reach to new territories and increase in the sales of FilmBox (premium) packages on foreign markets.
Gradual introduction of advertisements to the FilmBox (basic) channel in order to increase the revenues from sales of advertising.
Increase in the share of the Group’s revenues from sales of non-linear products – FilmBox Live and FilmBox On Demand.
In accordance with the slogan of SPI (the main shareholder of KPTV) “Home of Good Movies” – to achieve the position of a significant provider of film content for viewers on many markets, in various price brackets.
